Cancellations:
To cancel your order, please reach out to us before your order status is updated to 'confirmed for shipping'. Once an order has been marked as ready for shipment and you have received a tracking number via email, it can no longer be canceled. Returns & Refunds
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Damages and issues

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once a refund is approved by our team, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
