Shipping Policy
All Other Products:
We Ship Our Dry Products Every Monday To Thursday. Please Allow 3-7 Business Days For Processing & Shipping.
Sea Moss Gel Orders:
We Only Ship Our Sea Moss Gels On Mondays, If You Order A Dry Product With A Sea Moss Gel, Your Order Will Only Be Shipped On Mondays As Well.
Delivery Process:
All orders are mailed with USPS, you will be issued a tracking number via email for your order as soon as it is shipped. Once items leave the Hip 2 Health warehouse, USPS accepts responsibility as the order has been transferred into the carrier's possession.
By finalizing your purchase, you agree to be responsible for any lost or stolen packages. A tracking number that says 'delivered" or "in-transit" means that we "Hip 2 Health" is no longer liable for your package. Thank you for your understanding and compliance
If items have not been received, they can be located by using the tracking number or contacting your local post office.
Incorrect Address:
Please make sure your address is correct and updated! EXAMPLE: If you live in an apt complex you MUST include your apt number to make sure you receive your order.
We are NOT responsible for mistakes on addresses.
If your package has been sent back to us due to you entering an incorrect address when you placed your order, you will have to pay the full shipping fee for us to re-ship your order
DELIVERY CLAIMS
If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; you must contact USPS to file a claim.
HIP 2 HEALTH INC does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
HIP 2 HEALTH DOES NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY OR ISSUE REFUNDS FOR ITEMS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT.
If there is an issue with your order an email must be sent to contact@hip2health.org within 24 hours of receiving your package.
